It’s never easy to just pack up and walk away, but at the end of this year I was always planning on retirement from racing. I have had a tough year but that’s just racing. I stepped in to finish the year for @pr.racingbmw but after two relatively big crashes, one taking out @takumi__takahashi which I am gratefully sorry for and the other smashing myself to bits. I have realised that it is time to walk away.

Ive had 10 good years of racing in the @officialbsb paddock riding for some of best teams with great opportunities, some worked & some didn’t. I count myself extremely lucky to have been given these opportunities and with these I have one 4 British titles
2011 National Superstock 600
2012 National Superstock 1000
2017 British Supersport
2018 National Superstock 1000

I want to thank every single person that has ever supported myself in anyway shape or form, be it from teams, team personnel, team mates, sponsors, team sponsors, orange Army, medics, physios, Photographers, @msvr_official staff, all the riders who I have battled with, fell out with, made friends with and last but not least my family who have been behind me every step of the way through the good and the bad. Could not have done this without any of you guys🙌🏽❤️

I will still be watching and keeping an eye on everything, and maybe next year I could start something new.

After some tough frustrating rounds in what is a massively stacked @officialbsb #stock1000 grid I made a decision in getting rid of a bad influence on the team, which has now caused this member to pull the rest of the team apart!

At this present time I have no ride for the rest of the season as Morrello & CPD has all they’re stuff taken from the team truck and can’t continue, I know I’m without a ride but I can’t say how sorry I am for these two lovely men to have they’re stuff taken from this horrible man.

Sorry to all team sponsors and to my personal sponsors again for this.

I will speak to all my Farmer33 supporters and see what use want to to regarding passes etc which I promised and will stand by.

Struggled a little bit in race 1 yesterday with grip and had lost the toe of leading group but then slowly caught back up. As thruxton always is a last corner last lap dash, I got it wrong and ended up taking out @fraserrogers89 apologies to him and his team @in_competition

Today we start P11 on the grid for race start at 12:35.
